Terry brings more than two decades of experience in technology, project delivery, operations, and enterprise environments. His professional background includes work supporting organizations such as Walmart Global and ADT Solar, along with extensive experience supporting complex technology initiatives.
Through DaVinci-X, Terry has also delivered work supporting Sentara Health and Target, bringing the firm’s project management and technology capabilities into large enterprise environments.
At DaVinci-X, Terry leads project delivery and client execution, helping organizations move complex initiatives from requirements and planning through implementation. His experience working within large-scale environments gives him a practical understanding of the governance, coordination, stakeholder management, and operational discipline required to deliver technology successfully.

Before co-founding DaVinci-X, her professional experience included work supporting organizations such as Nissan, Liberty Tax U.S. & Canada, BAUER Compressors, and Old Dominion University.
Her experience across corporate, industrial, education, and service environments shapes how DaVinci-X approaches client challenges today: understanding how people actually work, identifying where technology creates friction, and designing practical digital solutions around the operation—not simply adding more tools.
At DaVinci-X, Juana focuses on digital strategy, solution design, web and application experiences, process improvement, and translating complex business needs into systems people can actually use.
