Privacy Policy

Last updated September 2026

DaVinci-X ("we," "us," "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through davinci-x.com, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.

Information you provide to us

We collect information you choose to give us directly, primarily through our contact form: your name, work email, organization, industry, project scope, timeline, and anything you write in the message field. If you book a call through our Calendly link, Calendly collects the scheduling details you provide there under its own privacy policy. If you email us directly, we retain that correspondence to respond to you.

Information collected automatically

We do not run analytics or advertising trackers on this site, and we do not use tracking cookies. The only information stored in your browser is first-party localStorage for your language preference and, on the Service Catalog page, a shortlist of services you've selected — both described in our Cookie Policy. Our hosting and form providers may log standard technical information (such as IP address and request timestamps) for security and reliability purposes.

How we use your information

We use the information you provide to respond to your inquiry, schedule calls, scope potential projects, and — only if you've asked us to — follow up about our services. We don't use your information to build advertising profiles, and we don't sell it.

Who we share it with

We share information only with the service providers that help us operate this site and respond to you:

  • Web3Forms — delivers contact-form submissions to our inbox.
  • Calendly — processes call bookings made through our scheduling link.
  • Microsoft 365 / SharePoint — where our team stores and manages client communications and project records.

We don't share your information with data brokers or advertisers, and we disclose it beyond these providers only if required by law or to protect our legal rights.

Data retention

We keep the information you submit for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry or, if we begin working together, for the duration of that engagement plus any period required by law or standard business record-keeping.

Your rights

Depending on where you're located, you may have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information, or to object to or restrict how we use it. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@davinci-x.com and we'll respond within a reasonable time.

Children

This site is intended for business audiences and is not directed at children. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
